This year the Women in Business Steering Committee has developed a series of events focused on strengthening the networking skills of George Mason University’s female students and businesswomen in the local community.

To kick off the series, the women are hosting a luncheon featuring a panel discussion with experienced recruiters and a keynote address from Jeanine Callahan, Chief Marketing and Customer Development Officer at Eagle Ray Inc. and a graduate of the inaugural class of George Mason University | School of Management’s MS in Technology Management program.

As Eagle Ray’s Chief Marketing and Customer Development Officer, she is responsible for outreach and engagement with Eagle Ray’s customers and partners. Her responsibilities include marketing, communications and public relations; business development; and partner programs.
Jeanine previously served as Eagle Ray’s Vice President and Account Executive for the Defense Intelligence Agency. Her expertise includes over 25 years of program management and operational experience. In her work for clients, Jeanine has assessed a broad range of business processes, identified areas of programmatic risk, and recommended the implementation of effective practices to transform performance. By applying facilitation, coaching and mentoring, she helps program leaders understand and transform individual and organizational resistance to new ways of working.

Jeanine is certified as an ISO9000 Lead Auditor and Project Management Professional. She also is a member of the Leadership Fairfax Class of 1999. Jeanine earned an Organization Development certification from Georgetown University. She holds an M.S. in Technology Management from George Mason University.
