Alumnus Joe Ragan III named CFO of Globe Specialty Metals

Globe Specialty Metals Inc. (GSM) has appointed Joseph Ragan III as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 20, 2013. Ragan succeeds Malcolm Appelbaum, who in March announced his departure from the company. Ragan served from 2008 to 2013 as CFO for Boart Longyear, a drilling services contractor.
