This scholarship is awarded to a student enrolled in the School of Business. DEADLINE TO APPLY October 31st

Who Qualifies: The purpose of the Fund is to provide scholarship support for a student who has started or wishes to start a company which provides services or products to support a federal, state, or local governmental agency or mission and who is enrolled in the School of Business at the University.

Preference will be given to students running an existing, early-stage firm that provides solutions to a Federal agency.

In addition, preference will be given for solutions addressing needs on a national scale with regard to citizen services or national security.

Recipients may be an undergraduate or graduate student and a part-time or full-time student but must be an in-state resident. Recipients will qualify on the basis of both academic merit and financial aid, along with the above mentioned criteria.

Recipients will be invited to participate in the School of Business’ Innovation Lab for one year and will receive a mentor appointed by the School of Business’ Government Contracting Initiative advisory board for two years.  To apply, visit
