About the Position

Job Description/Duties: Fielding calls/following up on calls related to AtWork’s radio advertising campaign running late July to early October. Individuals will be responsible for following up on customer inquiries, recording answers to standard list of questions, and scheduling follow-up and/or demonstrations based on level of interest.
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday
Hours: 2 – 3 hours a day, during normal business hours
Requirements: Clear speaking voice, ability to understand/provide overview of our product at a very high level, ability to ask a list of scripted questions, ability to schedule a follow-up call or demo after determining potential customer’s level of interest. Individuals will be expected to use their own mobile devices (phone/laptop) for this effort. Email addresses will be provided. Individuals will also be expected to attend a 1 – 2 hour training session on the product, and will be paid for the time spent training.
