BULE 303 Study Abroad Opportunity for Spring 2020!

If you are interested in a study abroad opportunity over spring break to Seoul, South Korea for as little as $850, please consider enrolling in a travel optional section of BULE 303 in the spring 2020 semester. The study abroad trip (March 6-14, 2020), Law in South Korea with a Glimpse into North Korea, is being led by Professors Yvonne Demory and Wambui Mungai.

The application is open on the Global Education Office (GEO) website and students will be enrolled in the trip on a first come, first served basis. GEO is providing a grant of $1500 and if you are a School of Business major (degree candidate), the School of Business is also providing a grant of an additional $1,000 towards the cost of travel. Our working budget is $3,300-$3,400, which includes nonstop airfare from Dulles to Seoul, double-occupancy accommodation, tours (including tour of the DMZ), guest speakers, a K-pop performance, insurance, gratuities, and some meals. There will be a single occupancy option, if interested. With the grant(s), the travel costs for each School of Business student will be approximately $850 for a trip to Asia!

To enroll, you must apply on the GEO website and enroll in one of our BULE 303 (travel optional) spring sections. These sections are being taught by Professor Demory or Professor Mungai.
