The Mason MS in Real Estate Development program welcomed an impressive new class of 18 students to campus last week. With an average of 10 years of work experience and an average undergraduate GPA of 3.1, they represent a diversity of regional firms including Balfour Beatty, Buchanan Partners, Cardinal Bank, Clark Builders Group, Manhattan Construction, Paradigm Management, Versar Inc, and the National Multifamily Housing Council. Their backgrounds include work in construction management, residential and commercial development, civil engineering, affordable housing, portfolio management, financial analysis and property management.
