The Mason Center for Real Estate Entrepreneurship (CREE) has announced a new formal relationship with Delta Associates that will enhance Mason students’ graduate experience and improve CREE’s visibility in the real estate community.

Under the terms of the agreement with Delta, a national leader in commercial real estate research and trend forecasting, Mason students will benefit from:

• classroom guest lectures from Delta professionals
• workshops with Delta market analysis experts
• internship opportunities in Delta’s Alexandria (VA) offices, and
• invitations to exclusive events such as Delta’s Trendlines conferences and their annual Multifamily Awards of Excellence event.

CREE also will become the exclusive sponsor of Delta’s quarterly Housing Outlook, which provides thousands of DC-area developers with an in-depth look at the statistics and issues shaping the region’s housing market.

“Delta is incredibly well respected among the region’s real estate professionals for their market research on apartments, condos and retail, as well as their advisory and valuation services,” said CREE and Mason MRED program director, Bob Wulff. “This relationship will provide significant opportunities for our students and help build CREE’s status with real estate professionals. We’re proud to be associated with such a highly regarded organization.”

A division of Transwestern, Delta Associates has published market reports and provided research, advisory and valuation services to the commercial real estate industry for more than 30 years. They are headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia.
