CREE Board Welcomes Four New Members

The Center for Real Estate Entrepreneurship welcomed four  new  members to its Board this fall.

They include:

Steve Alloy, President of Stanley Martin Companies.  Stanley Martin is one of the largest home building companies in the Metro Washington DC market, building in Virginia and Maryland.

Steve Bouchard, President of Glass Distributors, Inc. and a George Mason University School of Management alumnus.

Gary Bowman, founder and President of Bowman Consulting, a 400-person multi-discipline design and consulting firm with offices throughout the U.S.

Ken Ryan, Chief Financial Officer, Van Metre Companies.  Van Metre is a private multi-disciplinary real estate development company with thousands of homes, apartments, office buildings and shopping centers throughout Northern Virginia.

“We’re pleased to have these highly regarded local real estate leaders join in our efforts to educate and inspire the next generation of real estate leaders,” said Brian Benninghoff of Buchanan Partners and CREE Board Chairman.   “As with our entire board team, the time and talents they bring to our mission will be of great value both to CREE and to our graduate real estate students.”
