First Mason School of Business Research Paper eJournal Published on SSRN; Professors Tony Sanders and Amit Dutta Recognized for Research Paper Readership
The first edition of the George Mason School of Business Research Paper eJournal was published in late February with six papers from the fields of Finance, Information Systems and Operations Management, and Accounting.
The papers cover a range of topics and are of interest to academics and practitioners from private sector and government including on the role of regional house price movements in bank failures in the Great Recession to applying systems thinking to analyze the causes of simultaneously overburdened tertiary care centers and underutilized primary care centers in the India public health system.
The second edition is scheduled for fall and will include new papers from School of Business faculty and will also highlight several papers from previous years.
In related School of Business research news, Tony Sanders and Amit Dutta were recognized by SSRN in February for research readership. Tony is now in the top 10% of Authors on SSRN by all-time downloads and Amit’s recent paper is on SSRN’s Top Ten download list for the Government Expenditures & Health topic area.
