Network with Students

1. Handshake 
Handshake is a free, online system that allows you to post jobs and internships available to our students

1. Ask the Professionals Series
Participate in panel presentations geared toward the different majors, industries, and topics then network with students.

2. On-Campus Interviewing
You can schedule a date to interview students on campus. On-campus interviews are managed through HireMason.

2. School of Business JobQuest
Practice the fine art of networking with our students and discuss ways for students to stand out in their job search.

3. University Career Fair
Held in the fall and spring semester, the fair allows you to showcase your job opportunities and meet with students from the entire university community.

3. Practice Interview Day
Participate in a day of mock interviews to help George Mason University students develop their skills. You can take advantage of this great opportunity to preview up-and-coming candidates.

4. Cooperative Education Program
Hire students for this structured experiential education program. Co-ops are paid, professional-level work, and last a minimum of 12 weeks with the same organization.

4. School of Business Buzz
Contribute to our weekly student e-newsletter/blog and highlight career events and post new full-time, part-time, co-op or internship positions.

5. School of Business 492 Internship Course
This 3 credit course is designed to give students the opportunity to gain practical and professional experience.

5. Capstone Case Competition
See our students in action as you judge presentations from the Advanced Business Models course.

6. Recruit Graduates
To recruit business graduate students, contact Kerry Willigan at kwilliga@gmu.edu.We graduate students from 7 graduate programs including MBA and EMBA and specialized programs in accounting, technology management, cyber security, and real estate development.

6. School of Business Academic Clubs
Interact with club members by presenting corporate briefings and participating in club events.

7. Review Our Employer Recruiting Policy
To expedite the process of reaching our student, in conjunction with University Career Services, we have developed the following guidelines concerning on-campus interviews and other recruiting opportunities.
