Andre is a creative commercial real estate professional with 30 years’ experience in all facets of real estate. At Greenstone he provides high level real estate analysis and strategies for clients and generally oversees operations of the firm. His experience with domestic and foreign institutional and high net worth investors combined with a diverse real estate background provides clientele with insightful and practical solutions for their real estate needs.
Before leading the team at Greenstone, Andre was most recently the Chief Operating Officer of Real Estate Capital Partners. He was a member of the international real estate firm's three-person management committee responsible for formulating, directing and executing business plan. Prior to his role as COO, Andre was the Managing Director of Asset Management for Real Estate Capital Partners. There, he directed and manage 20-person team responsible for building and executing asset and property management activities for a $7 billion portfolio owned by both foreign and domestic institutions and high net worth clients.
