Vertical Urban Farm Case Study Tour

Zeponic Farms is an innovative vertical urban farm located in a repurposed shipping container that may produce as much leafy vegetables as an acre of a traditional farmland while using 95% less water, a fraction of the fertilizer, and with no pesticides or herbicides.

Vertical farming techniques have been developed to grow more food on a smaller land footprint, using less water and fertilizer, and reducing the distance traveled by produce from farm to urban table.

New interest in the concept remains high and several new start-ups have attracted significant investments from well-known venture capitalists to try and successfully increase production to economically-viable commercial scale.

This tour is capped at 15 attendees.
