As a writer, researcher, and speaker, she helps individuals achieve greater success and well-being. Her leadership development programs focus on strengths, purpose, mindfulness, and workplace well-being. After receiving her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology, she earned tenure as a management professor at Universidad Carlos III in Madrid, Spain. Baume-Chandler strives to aid WIB in strengthening student growth efforts in Corporate and Government Security Programs and to extend the knowledge of business ownership, process, expert training instruction and facilitation. Baume-Chandler has a Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland at College Park.

In 2002, Baume-Chandler founded FSO TO GO, Inc. a first of its kind industrial security consulting firm providing facility, physical and personnel security consulting products and services to government contractors seeking compliance to Government and National Security level security facilitation projects. Until 2014, Baume-Chandler evolved the now known Facility Technology Services, Inc. (FTSi), into the largest industrial security consulting firm in America, servicing over 900 clients, with construction, manufacturing and counseling government and businesses. She also added areas of Information Technology and Critical Operations support. Baume-Chandler’s business development experience expanded in 2010 with International Security concentrations in the areas of security consultancy, national level security training programs, network interoperability, convergence of security hardware and software platforms and optimization of network and communications resources to government and commercial organizations. Robin Finnell is a wardrobe stylist and the owner of a one of the country’s top producing Doncaster agencies, a premium women’s clothing collection located near Tysons Corner. Dressing professional women for the past 21 years, she is passionate about working with top-level professionals, positioning them to stand out among their peers. When working with her clients to build their wardrobes, Finnell takes into consideration three important components: pieces that complement their body type and coloring, enhance their personal style, and project their brand. With a degree in Fashion Merchandising from the Art Institute of Atlanta and a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Finnell began her career in fashion at a department store in North Carolina as head of the women’s designer salon.

Her family moved to Northern Virginia in 1994 where she began dressing women at Suited for Change as a volunteer and fell in love with styling when she realized that clothing can transform one’s perception of themselves. Having spoken at a number of conferences, she also gives workshops on Professional Dress, How to Build a Wardrobe, and Dressing for Your Body Type and Coloring. Additional services include closet audits and personal shopping. Finnell is married to husband Tom and they have a wonderful son Evan, a senior at William and Mary, and Shannon their Irish terrier. She is a committee Co-chair of the Red Cross in the Bag event, a member and former board member of Capital Speakers Club, a member of the Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary, Committee Chair at the Tower Club and a member of NAWBO.

In her most recent role as Vice President, Talent & Development, she realigned the talent and development strategy for 13,000 employees after the separation of SAIC from the parent company. Hough was named one of nine 2015 HR Trendsetters by HR Magazine for her work in the area of HR professional development. She has held several leadership roles in talent management and development at Freddie Mac, American Management Systems, The Charles Group, and BDM.

As president of a woman-owned wealth management firm, Helen is active in both local and industry groups to further the advancement of young women in business. Within her own firm, she actively mentors new talent and the firm has grown to 10 employees managing over $250 million in assets. She is a past president of the Financial Planning Association of the National Capital Area (FPA-NCA) and was selected as the 2010 Financial Planner of the Year. Following successful careers as a management consultant and in the high tech industry, she started her business in 1996, and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner in 1999. She is client-focused and strategically aligned to the Firm's priorities and passionately focused on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace.

Vanecek has nearly ten years of marketing experience throughout the public and private sectors. Prior to her role at PwC, Vanecek managed the marketing for the commercial aerospace practice, consumer retail practice, and global public sector practice at PRTM Management Consultants, LLC, was a consultant to the Department of Homeland Security, and marketed online abstracts to higher education organizations.

Vanecek earned a BS in Marketing from the George Mason University School of Business with a focus in Economics. Currently, she serves as an At-Large Director for the George Mason University Alumni Association Board, Founding Board Member for Mason’s Women in Business Consortium, and received the 20 Prominent Patriots Award from the George Mason University School of Business in 2014. Pat Wirth will tell you that her career has been one of circumstance, timing and opportunity. She never had a job she did not like and she loves learning and applying new-found knowledge as a well-respected thought leader. She studied and graduated from the South Hills Business College and the Paralegal Institute. Wirth began her career by providing administrative, management and paralegal services to government contractor employers in Pennsylvania and Virginia in the areas of nuclear science, corporate law, ERISA, and immigration. After taking a position with MCI, the epitome of entrepreneurship, she felt the call to follow family tradition and strike out on her own as her father, mother and grandfather before her by opening a management consulting business. At the end of 1990, circumstance created an unexpected transition from an Executive Director position to owner/operator in the automotive service industry. After 30 years in car care and with numerous awards and recognitions to her credit, she closed the doors of her successful, environmental award-winning business in September 2013.

Wirth has worked or volunteered continuously in the non-profit sector for over three decades in executive, management, and fundraising positions for professional, trade and charity organizations. She earned her certification as a non-profit specialist and currently serves as the Executive Director for the Turning Point Suffragist Memorial Association, a non-profit raising funds to build a national memorial to commemorate the thousands of women who fought for 72 years to win the right for all American women to vote. She resides in Fairfax Station, VA, with her husband and has three children and two grandchildren.
