Suzanne Hubbard is an assurance partner in the Washington, D.C., metro region, with a focus on serving public and rapidly growing private companies. She is an integral member of several Sarbanes-Oxley 404 review and scoping engagement teams, presenting key findings and recommendations to client senior management. She is also a U.S. subject matter expert for revenue recognition, responsible for developing and delivering revenue recognition training material to U.S. PricewaterhouseCoopers offices and has developed similar material for several clients.

Hubbard has a client portfolio ranging from rapidly growing private ventures to large public international billion-dollar companies. She has led engagement teams on three IPOs and has provided assistance and advice on various other recurring and non-recurring SEC filings, involving both debt and equity. In addition, she was a member of many due diligence teams.

Prior to transferring to the Washington, D.C., area, Hubbard was a member of the 404 Sarbanes Oxley Methodology Team in the PwC National Office. In this role, she was responsible for developing audit policy that was rolled out to all PwC engagement teams.

Hubbard graduated from the School of Accountancy at the University of Waterloo and has recently been honored by the school as a Fellow. She holds both CA and CPA designations.
