Peter King represents entrepreneurs, domestically and internationally, in business and wealth preservation planning. He has a broad practice including, advising on mergers and acquisitions, franchising, entity planning, family business planning, wealth preservation and family probate. Mr. King advises companies with foreign stockholders or investors on international tax issues ranging from taxation of U.S. source income to questions of licensing and venture capital transactions.

Mr. King chairs the Northern Virginia Technology Council Entrepreneur Center Programs Committee and is a member of the Steering Committee for the Entrepreneur Spotlight, a series of events providing companies the opportunity to market to angel investors.  Mr. King is also President and co-founding member of the George Mason Business Roundtable, a George Mason alumni organization dedicated to encouraging graduates to work together in business. In addition, he is active in the Christian Businessmen’s Connection in Northern Virginia.  Mr. King is a highly sought after presenter in franchise law, international taxation and wealth preservation in the greater Washington, DC area.
