David Hodge is a financial executive with over 30 years of senior-level positions in finance, accounting, and business management. His career includes 14 years of domestic and international experience while working at ExxonMobil Corporation.  Later, he spent over five years in variety of senior level finance positions with two start-up high technology companies in Northern Virginia.  At ORBCOMM (a Satellite Communication Company) and Epiance (a Software Development Company) he had planned, developed, and implemented the necessary starting financial management infrastructures and disciplines while playing a significant role in private placement financing and IPO initiatives. He is an alumnus of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, NYC Office


David has a bachelor degree in mathematics and was awarded an MBA from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut; and is an accredited Certified Public Accountant. He has been an adjunct faculty in several universities and a guest speaker in seminars and symposiums.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Financial Executives International, and the Virginia Society of CPA's.


He is currently an Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of ServiceSource, Inc. a $170M enterprise in Oakton, Virginia.   The Company is a mission-driven organization that places people with disabilities into productive work assignments through service contracts with government agencies.  During his 13 years of employment at ServiceSource, he has developed and executed a comprehensive framework for managing the company's financial disciplines, human resources, risk and technology management and strategic plan for growth and business development.   


David and his wife Shahin live in Fairfax, Virginia. Their daughter Susie is New York University Law School graduate and a practicing attorney in Seattle, Washington and their son Troy attending Florida State University Medical School.
