Lee is a consultant on different kinds of commercial projects in web collaboration, price quote systems. He has strong hands-on experience in different languages and application development.

He worked as a System Engineer in CSIST (Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology), Taiwan from 1984 to 1990, and the major focus in his work was Airborne real-time control system design/integration. He also worked on phase array radar system, in which he acquired real-time embedded/large scale software experience.

HIs experience extends to the areas of air traffic control systems, artificial intelligence applications, distributed computation systems, and Software Defined Radio related projects, such as applications for software testing automation and SDR related software.

Lee has taught computer/communication related classes at George Mason University and NOVA Education Centers since 1993.
