Anil Kapur has held various management positions at prestigious global corporations which have allowed him to blend responsibilities in strategic planning, policy making, regulatory interface, and financial creativity. His career has given him the opportunity to grow businesses across markets in South America, Asia, Europe and Africa. He has developed diverse expertise in global finance with a proven track record of cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) experience and forming strategic public-private partnerships in infrastructure projects. The total amount of M&A transactions that he has worked on have been well over $25 billion.

With a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in finance from the Wharton Business School, he leverages more than 35 years of global financial and strategic management experience. He has worked with major global corporations such as the World Bank, Citibank, McKinsey & Company, Inc. and Ford Motor Company and consulted to numerous governments, corporations, and has brought his expertise to bear in various professional and academic forums. Kapur's work experience has taken him to all the continents and major global financial centers.

In addition to his work experience, he has presented at numerous Executive Education programs for Wharton’s Senior Management conferences both in the United States and overseas and has delivered lectures to the management of the New York Stock Exchange, global financial institutions and other trade associations. He has also been an adjunct professor at American University’s Kogod School of Business and Management.
