Wellington Pak is a strategy leader with expertise in driving strategy into operations across multiple sectors--commercial, public, non-profit, and academic sectors. He is both an experienced instructor and seasoned practicioner. Specifically, Professor Pak is an executive leader in corporate strategy, management consulting, and growth-driven functions, including strategic marketing, innovation, and product management.
As a leader at ICF International, Booz Allen Hamilton, CSC Strategy Services, and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), he has led enterprise-wide strategic planning, as well as served both Fortune 100 and public sector clients with strategy formulation. His vertical expertise includes health/healthcare, international development, digital technology, and business services. He has deep strategy expertise in helping organizations achieve business transformation---grow top-line revenue, achieve profit expansion, and align strategy with operations (financial, organizational, and performance). Professor Pak has also helped drive international expansion for several organizations seeking both geographic diversification and vertical integration strategies.
He is a graduate of Harvard University (MPP), where he was a Baxendale Scholar, and Columbia University (BA). He has taught Strategic Management, Competitive Strategy, and Introduction to Marketing at George Mason University's School of Management since 2006. Professor Pak is also a Presbyterian pastor serving at a local church with a missional vision to impact the nations.
