Before coming to George Mason University, she spent more than 15 years assisting clients of PricewaterhouseCooper with federal taxation matters.  Colleen has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Tech, a Master of Tax Accounting from the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado Law School.  She is a CPA licensed in Georgia, Virginia, and DC, with research interests in Federal taxation, business law, and ethics matters.
