Min Chen is an assistant professor of information systems and operations management at the School of Business, George Mason University. He has received a PhD in management science from the Jindal School of Business at the University of Texas at Dallas, where his dissertation research focuses on examining the ecomomic impact of click fraud on online advertising market and developing mechanisms to mitigate the agency problems in the setting.
Chen's research interests include agency problems in online advertising, economics of information systems, and optimization models. He has presented his research in various conferences, including International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS) and Workshop on the Economics of Information Security (WEIS). He is a member of the Association of Information Systems (AIS) and the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS).
