Patrick Connors has been involved in real estate secured financing in the Washington, D.C., region for more than 20 years. He is currently the senior vice president of finance for the B.F. Saul Company, a Bethesda, Maryland based private real estate company that owns and operates 20 hotels, over 2 million square feet of office, and several multi-family properties, largely in the D.C. region.

Connors also serves as the director of finance for ASB Real Estate Investments, an investment management firm managing $5.9 billion in gross assets under management for over 300 institutional clients. ASB invests in major urban markets across the country, concentrating in office, multifamily, retail and industrial properties. In these capacities, Connors has been responsible for over $3 billion in debt placements with financial institutions, portfolio lenders, and conduits. 

Prior to joining B.F. Saul in 2000, Connors was in private legal practice, most recently with Shaw Pittman Potts & Trowbridge. His practice focused on secured lending, securities offerings, bankruptcy, and general corporate law.

In 1988 Connors received his MBA, High Honors, and his JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan. He is active in several real estate professional organizations, including ULI and the National Association of Real Estate Companies.
