Eligibility Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Two years of full-time, post-baccalaureate professional employment in a field relevant to the program is recommended (preference given to applicants with real estate work experience)

Complete applications must be submitted by the application deadline dates indicated above. Following the final deadline for the Spring or Fall term, there is no guarantee that you will receive a decision. Decisions will be made on a space available basis. To formally accept an offer of admission, the online enrollment form must be completed by the date listed above.

Early application is encouraged as enrollment is limited and qualified applicants are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that the deadline to apply for George Mason University Scholarships is April 30, 2018.
