Sales Internship at Televic Conference North America

Televic Conference North America seeks an energetic, responsible intern to join our growing organization.  In this position you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of basic daily routine and procedures.  Your focus will be delivering qualified leads through studying and practicing our marketing and sales principles.  This is a paid internship.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling multiple leads per day, routinely making 30-50 phone calls per shift.
  • Setting appointments for Sales Executives to complete virtual product demos.
  • Learn Televic products and services to be able to speak intelligently about them.
  • Have a basic understanding of the vertical markets Televic operates within.
  • Update HubSpot & CRM Platform regularly.
  • Document all sales activities accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with other general tasks as requested.
  • Be available to work for 15-25 hours per week.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in accredited University or College program in the area of business, marketing, communications, or similar field.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
  • Efficient, energetic, and excited to sell.
  • Comfortable spending majority of time on the telephone.
  • Reliable transportation if office based in Washington DC office.
  • Stable internet connection from home office.
  • High level computer skills, specifically in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exposure/efficiency in HubSpot is desired.
  • Work hours are negotiable and flexible (within regular business hours to the time zone you work with).
  • No benefits will be offered, hourly wage negotiable based on experience.

All immediate work will be remote, with the option of coming to our office in the coming months.  Using a computer and soft phone via Zoom Phone, you’ll navigate the ground floor in our sales department.  You will gain valuable experience working within HubSpot, a premier CRM tool used by large companies all over the world. 

We expect interns to work on a semi-flexible schedule of roughly 15-25 hours per week.  Pay is $16/hour.
