The Partnership Management Assistant will support the program manager in day-to-day duties in researching, developing and managing healthcare and services partners to support our suite of in-home healthcare and home services. This individual will vet/interview companies to put on our screened referral list for our Retire-in-Place program. Partner companies include aging in place home modifications, home maintenance, healthcare specialists that perform work in the home and other recreational services. The new Retire-in-Place service creates “Assisted Living as a service.” Retire-in-Place allows seniors to buy the types of services they would receive in an Assisted Living community like they buy a utility or a subscription – as much or as little as they need – without having to move, and without any type of contract commitment. Today, a senior must figure all this out on their own with individual services coming to their home, or completely uproot their life and move to an assisted living. This position requires out of box thinking and creativity to ensure seniors are safe, functional and comfortable on their own home.

Key duties:

  • Vetting companies for our screened referral list
  • Uploading partner information into our software
  • Research new potential services for the program
  • Utilize our Customer Relationship Management software to organize information
  • Work with the sales team to understand how to successfully market a program
  • Provide support to partners and answer questions efficiently


  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in management, business administration, business analytics or related field, with entrepreneurism minor/interest
  • Strong leadership and verbal communication
  • Preferred but not required, previous work on a project/program that was successfully implemented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
