PLNT Burger makes its debut at our next Plant-Based Taste Test!

Join us Monday, 10/4/2021 at 12pm for our 7th Plant-Based Protein Taste Test. Our Center has been along for the ride as the plant-based protein market has rocketed in popularity and customer demand. This October, we’re introducing PLNT Burger to the line up to see how it stacks up to Burger King’s Impossible Whopper.

In this grab-and-go event, participants will be given competing plant-based burgers, compare them, and fill out a short ranking sheet, helping to build our data set.

All members of the George Mason community are welcome to join us and taste and learn about innovation in science, food, and sustainability through this program.
