MBA Careers: Top Skills Employers Seek in New Hires
According to a recent study of nearly 600 employers conducted by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), at the top of the list for employers is the need for communication skills including oral communication, listening skills, written communication and presentation skills. Following communication are teamwork, technical, leadership and then managerial skills.
Employers ranked communications skills twice as important as managerial skills.
