Will Washingtonians Rent 300 SF Apartment Units?

The Mason Center for Real Estate Entrepreneurship will try to answer this question through an all-day conference on Wednesday, February 26, organized with the D.C. chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

The Living Small:  Design and Development of Micro-Units in the National Capital Region conference will include presentations on the demographics, financing and regulatory barriers to micro-units.  Architecture, real estate, and finance experts will shed light on the theory, practice and potential of micro-unit apartments.   In addition, case studies from San Francisco and the PN Hoffman Wharf Project in DC will provide design and performance data.

You can find the conference agenda and registration form here.
