Van Metre CFO Ken Ryan Joins CREE Board

Ken has been with Van Metre for 30 years holding various financial positions including Controller, Vice President of Finance and Executive Vice President. As Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for all financing, financial and income tax reporting, human resources, risk management and information technology.

Van Metre Companies is one of the area’s most successful private multi-disciplinary real estate developers having constructed over 16,000 homes and several thousand apartments, as well as office buildings and shopping centers in Northern Virginia. Van Metre communities include master-planned developments, as well as neighborhoods in smaller subdivisions and third-party planned communities.

The Center for Real Estate Entrepreneurship at George Mason University acts as a catalyst between the Mason Master of Science in Real Estate Development and the real estate industry, working to advance education in real estate development and entrepreneurship.
