Center for Real Estate Entrepreneurship to Offer ARGUS Workshops this Fall

Responding to an increasing industry demand for skilled ARGUS practitioners, the Center for Real Estate Entrepreneurship (CREE) will offer a three-day ARGUS workshop series on the George Mason University Arlington campus this fall.

For many parts of the commercial real estate industry–especially national firms with large portfolios of multi-tenanted buildings—proficiency in ARGUS Valuation DCF is now required for analyst hires.

The workshop series is designed to teach ARGUS skills from beginner to the intermediate level and specifically will address:

  • Valuation analysis of complex projects with numerous leases and varying expirations, multi-tenanted office buildings and shopping centers
  • How to audit ARGUS 3rd party reports to uncover mistakes and faulty assumptions
  • ARGUS Certification Exam preparation to include access to previous exam questions/answers, actual case studies and proven test-taking strategies.

Workshop instructor Bob Rajewski is a certified ARGUS instructor with over 20 years of experience using ARGUS in real estate development as an appraiser, lender and asset manager.
