In response to the increasing industry demand for skilled practitioners, the Center for Real Estate Entrepreneurship will repeat its popular ARGUS training series on the George Mason University Arlington Campus: April 11, 18 and 25.

This series is designed to teach ARGUS skills from beginner to intermediate level–with a value-added opportunity for a full-day of certification exam preparation. Presented by experienced certified ARGUS instructors, the series will address:

• Valuation analysis for complex projects with numerous leases and varying expirations, multi-tenanted office buildings and shopping centers
• How to audit ARGUS 3rd party reports to uncover mistakes and faulty assumptions
• ARGUS Certification Exam preparation to include access to previous exam questions/answers, actual case studies and proven test-taking strategies.
