Eric Maribojoc, Executive Director of the Center for Real Estate Entrepreneurship, is a real estate professional, educator. His interests focus on future trends in design, zoning, and technology, housing supply and affordability, adaptive reuse, sustainability, and resilience. Kat Grimsley, PhD., Director of the Masters of Real Estate Development program, uses her research to address affordable housing issues and global tenure and title insecurity by uniting policy with existing international best practices. She leads UN projects related to her research and serves as Vice-Chair of the Real Estate Market Advisory Group for the UN Economic Commission for Europe’s (UNECE) Committee on Urban Development, Housing, and Land Management.
