John Pendola is a seasoned leader, executive coach and consultant with over 30 years of experience in management and technical positions. He has worked in both government and industry and has a diverse background with expertise in the management of IT modernization initiatives, large-scale system development and integration, and the operations and maintenance of networks and systems. Prior to becoming an Executive Coach, John Pendola was a government executive responsible for the modernization of end-user services, large-scale data integration, and 24 x 7 Operations Center management for the Intelligence Community. John completed a distinguished career in the United States Navy, serving as a nuclear submarine officer. He retired from the US Navy Reserves in 2004.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy, a Master in Public Administration from Valdosta University, and a Master in Business Administration from George Mason University. He is an International Coaching Federation certified Executive Coach.  John and his wife Terri support the Arts as founders of the Piedmont Arts Foundation (www.piearts.org).
