Elaine Viccora first began working with Mason students in 2004 as an adjunct instructor and joined the Business Foundations Area as a full-time faculty member in 2017. She teaches BUS 103: Developing Your Professional Skills - Foundational Elements and BUS 303: Developing Your Professional Skills - Advanced Elements.

Elaine’s thirty-year career encompasses positions in the public, private and non-profit sectors. She has experience as a trainer, coach, project manager, writer, and strategic planner. She also was a small business owner and ran a communications company for ten years. She enjoys helping young adults learn and practice the professional skills that will help them succeed at Mason and in their future careers. In her classroom, she focuses on effective business writing and development of high-performing teams.
