Biography

Dr. Frampton completed his Ph.D. in May 2011 studying Public Policy and Administration from Walden University. He has been instructing at the higher education level for over 25-years as an Adjunct Instructor. His other college degrees include: BS, Texas A&M University (Political Science); MBA, Boston University (Business); MS, Naval Post Graduate School (Statistics); MS, National Defense University (National Resource Strategy). His research interests involve organizational behavior topics. Dr. Frampton’s Master’s Thesis concerned pay-for-performance within a military framework and his dissertation analyzed how attitudes influence the performance of female Marine Security Guards. He has been published many times in the Marine Corps Gazette (the professional journal of the U.S. Marines), Washington Post, and Public Administration Review (PAR). He also has four children and a lovely spouse (Polly). He is a retired U.S. Marine Officer who has served in combat, humanitarian, and detention operations. He has also served in Iraq, Japan, Cuba, and all Central American and Caribbean countries in the Western Hemisphere. He currently works for the Federal Bureau of Investigation at their Forensic Laboratory and lives in Stafford, Virginia.
