Vineet is a senior Global Product and Marketing Strategy executive, with almost 20 years of B2C and B2B experience across the Education, Technology, Financial Services, Food & Beverage, and Investment Banking industries.
Currently, Vineet serves as the Global Product and Marketing Strategy Head for The GMAT Exam, the most widely used assessment for business school, at the Graduate Management Admission Council, a non-profit mission-based council of the world’s leading business schools.
Vineet started his career in Marketing at Britannia Industries, a leading food & beverage company in India and part of the global food conglomerate Group Dannon. He has since worked as an investment banker on Wall Street, and in various product and marketing strategy and leadership roles at Capital One, Hubzu (a real estate technology start-up) and consulting with CEOs of small technology & education companies.
Vineet specializes in new product development and innovation, aimed at transforming traditional business models through technology, analytics, and digital experiences.
Vineet holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, India. He earned an MBA with a specialization in Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, India. He has another MBA degree, with a major in Strategy, from the Krannert School of Management, Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN.
Vineet lives in Fairfax County with his wife and 14-year-old son.
