Video Series on Cybersecurity Leadership
The School of Business and Volgenau School of Engineering launched a video series called “Cybersecurity for Executives,” which features interviews with industry, government and academic experts on current cybersecurity leadership issues.
The series is aimed at executives and board members, who are increasingly aware that they must develop strategies and allocate resources for combatting the cyber threat. The first video features Mason’s Dr. J.P. Auffret addressing the evolving role of an organization’s top cybersecurity position, the chief information security officer (CISO). The CISO is becoming an executive leadership position, calling for knowledge of not just technology but also of policy, business, and leadership. The rest of the article can be read here.
To be featured in an upcoming video, please contact Christina Batcheler, Public Relations Specialist @ firstname.lastname@example.org.
