Senior Vice President, ECS Mid-Atlantic LLC
Bryan C. Layman is Vice President for ECS Mid-Atlantic. A Professional Engineer registered in several states and the District of Columbia, and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional, he is a Principal Engineer who manages geotechnical and construction materials testing services for ECS in the City of Alexandria and Southern Maryland. Mr. Layman has more than 25 years of geotechnical engineering, management and leadership experience. He provides consulting services related to the design and construction of roadways, utility systems, bridges, low- and high-rise structures, retaining systems, and stormwater management ponds for private and public sector clients, including local, county, and state agencies. Mr. Layman also serves as Special Inspections Engineer-of-Record for many of these projects. Mr. Layman holds Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical Emphasis) from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
