Biography
Erin Ogburn is currently the Chief People Officer (Partner) at Kearney & Company, an accounting and consulting Firm and a “Best Place to Work” (Washington Business Journal) in Alexandria, VA. She attended George Mason University as an undergraduate and later Virginia Tech for her master’s degree. She has had the opportunity to gain experience over the years within multiple facets of Recruitment and Human Resources. Today she enjoys the fast pace of leading Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Security, Resource Management, and more. Erin has loved being working for Kearney for many years, allowing her the opportunity to build and lead a fabulous People Services Team, help to create Kearney’s culture, programs, and policies, all related to the Firm’s biggest asset, its people.
