Biography
Joe Whitebread is a licensed civil engineer with five years experience in real estate investment, and more than 10 years of experience in real estate and land development. In his role as a land acquisition manager for PulteGroup, he has been an integral part of Pulte’s Mid-Atlantic Division acquisition team which has contracted 34 communities with over 4,100 home sites representing a total investment of ~$800M since November 2014.
While enrolled in the MRED program, he was a key member of George Mason's winning development team that competed in the 2015 NAIOP MD/DC Capital Challenge, a real estate development competition between several graduate real estate programs in the region. After graduating, Whitebread was instrumental in the founding of the Masters of Real Estate Development Industry Group (MOREDIG) within the Business Alumni Chapter in 2016, along with several other classmates.
