Kristin Norris, '19

Kristin Norris is a commercial lender and senior vice president at John Marshall Bank, focusing on commercial real estate financing to local builders, developers, and investors. She specializes in residential acquisition, development, and construction lending. Her primary role is to structure real estate transactions that ensure minimal risk for the bank while also meeting the expectations of her clients. She currently manages a loan portfolio of approximately $300 million in committed funding. Prior to joining John Marshall Bank, Kristin was a real estate portfolio manager at United Bank and also gained experience in other areas of banking at Cardinal Bank and The Business Bank. She holds a BS in education from Florida State University (2010) and an MS in real estate development from George Mason University. Kristin also serves as a Board Member and Secretary for Fellowship Square, which provides low-income housing for seniors in the DMV area.
