Course Description
This four-and-a-half-day program equips leaders with the skills to excel in strategic leadership, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making. Through interactive sessions, case studies, and applied exercises, participants learn to balance mission objectives with resource efficiency and innovation, building business acumen they can apply immediately:
- Strategic Vision & Alignment: Articulate and align organizational goals with resource efficiency and stakeholder needs.
