Scott Hine

Senior Executive | Expert in Business Systems, IT Modernization, Process Reengineering & Business

I’m a strategic leader, project management subject matter expert, and lifelong mentor with a track record of driving results across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Over the course of my career, I’ve successfully led large-scale project portfolios and enterprise transformation initiatives—navigating change, aligning teams, and delivering measurable outcomes that matter.

My leadership philosophy is rooted in service, clarity, and a teaching mindset. I believe in developing people as much as delivering results. Whether I’m overseeing a multimillion-dollar program, advising on governance and execution strategies, or mentoring early-career professionals, I lead by example—focusing on communication, accountability, and empowering others to lead.

As a proud alumnus of George Mason University, I’ve remained deeply involved in shaping and strengthening the George Mason alumni community. I actively lead and support initiatives that connect alumni across industries, foster student mentorship, and create opportunities for lifelong engagement. From serving as the President of the George Mason University Alumni Association to mentoring the next generation of leaders, I’m committed to advancing George Mason's mission and impact.

Founder, Garrett Waller, LLC

You’ve got the titles, the responsibilities, the late nights, the full calendar…

But somewhere along the way, your health slipped out of the picture.

You’re not alone. I’ve been there too.

As an athlete growing up—basketball, football, you name it fitness was my rhythm. But after college, stepping into the real world, I realized just how hard it is to stay in shape when you're juggling a career, life, and stress. That moment changed everything and it’s what led me to choose this path.

For over a decade, I’ve helped executives and high-performing professionals restore their energy, build strength (physically and mentally), and finally feel in control of their health again. Not with shortcuts or shame, but with a personalized, strategic, human approach.

I coach in-person, online, and hybrid:

✅ At home before your first Zoom? We’ll train there.

✅ Traveling for work? Let’s go virtual.

✅ Hotel gym in the same city? I’ll meet you.

Wherever you are physically or mentally.

I’ll meet you there.

One of my clients once told me:

“𝙄 𝙙𝙤𝙣’𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣. 𝙄’𝙢 𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙡𝙮, 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙣 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙚—𝙨𝙤 𝙄 𝙙𝙤𝙣’𝙩 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩.”

That hit home. Because I remember working 73 hours a week between 2013 and 2016, feeling drained, overwhelmed, and disconnected from the active life I once lived. No plan. No routine. Poor sleep. Stress unchecked. Sound familiar?

That’s why I’m here now. This is my mission.

To help people like you get back to a life that feels 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱, 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱.

No fluff. No extremes. Just 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘤𝘰𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 for real life.

If you’re ready to feel good again not just look good let’s talk.

Okay, so you really want to know about me? Entrepreneurially restless! Passionate on building things that don't exist/can be made better. Started few companies. Some failed, some semi-failed & 2 semi-succeeded (Airposted and CBF). I enjoy working on Talent Acq. because what builds a great company - are its people.

As a teenager, I moved to the US from Bangladesh. Packing life in 2 suitcases of 50lb each is never easy. Focus, Never giving up, Ownership & Bias for action are some of my strengths. I believe luck and hard-work to be the most important drivers to success. Luck provides you with opportunities and then you need to work hard when you get these opportunities.

I enjoy reading & watching documentaries about the universe (Stars/Blackhole), go for long drives in my sports car (GO Mercedes AMGs), watch any live sport (Cricket is the best) and travel (visited over 40 countries).

Growing up, admired Mr. Bezos & Amazon was a company I really wanted to work for. So, post selling Airposted in 2020 when a Recruiter called, I was thrilled. Being an Amazonian, establishing a non-profit in my teens, building+selling my stake in Airposted are things I'm most proud of. I sit on the Board of my alma matter. And, I'm also a Bar Raiser!
