Mason Masters in Real Estate Development Fee Structure

  • Non-Refundable Accepted Student Enrollment Fee: $500**

  • Books: Books average $150 per course

Please Note - Several courses require additional course fees of $5-$40 per credit hour and/or lab fees ranging from $25 to $130.

*Maryland and Washington, D.C. residents should NOT fill out a domicile application. You will be classified as a non-resident of Virginia for domicile and University record purposes. If admitted and following enrollment in courses, an adjustment will be made by the School of Business to update your tuition code. Once this update is made your tuition will reflect Virginia resident rates. Please note, you may be asked to submit proof of residency in D.C. or Maryland including, but not limited to driver’s license, car registration, taxes from the previous year, utility bill, voter registration, pay stub, deed/lease. If the student cannot provide proof of D.C. or Maryland residency, they will not be eligible for the Exception Rate.

**A one time, non-refundable fee for new Mason students. The accepted student enrollment fee will be waived for students using VA benefits. The enrollment fee is to reserve your seat for the term to which you applied. It is not credited to your tuition.
