Direct Hire Events
Throughout the year, DCAA conducts dedicated hiring events to recruit and hire new auditors and interns. These events give applicants the opportunity to interview and possibly receive an on the spot job offer. Below is more information about our dedicated hiring and a schedule of upcoming events.
Position Qualifications
1. Minimum Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field that includes 24 semester hours of accounting (may include up to 6 hours in business law)
OR
2. Combination of Experience and Education: At least 4 full-time years of experience in an accounting/auditing career plus one of the following:
a. 24 semester hours in accounting/finance (up to 6 hours in business law);
OR
b. Licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
3. GPA must be 2.95 or higher to qualify
4. Must be U.S. Citizen
