KPMG Path to CPA Program

Body

KPMG Audit is excited to launch the KPMG Path to CPA Program! The Path to CPA Program (the Program) aims to expand the number of CPA-eligible candidates through the creation of educational pathways for students to earn the necessary credit hours required to become CPA-eligible.

What is the Path to CPA Program?

The Program provides education, financial assistance, and work experience for a limited number of students who are interested in a career path in Audit but would not otherwise meet the requirements for CPA eligibility in their intended state of employment.

The Path to CPA Program includes:

  • Funded education (tuition and fees) for up to 30 credit hours of online courses.
  • Opportunity for a winter Audit internship prior to beginning fulltime employment.
  • A fulltime Audit Associate position upon completion of the program.

What are the eligibility requirements?

The Program is designed for candidates who:

  • Have a maximum of 30 credit hours remaining in order to meet the 150 credit hours/CPA eligibility requirements in their intended state of fulltime employment
  • Are authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future

The Program is open to all eligible students. Applicants who identify as a member of a traditionally underrepresented racial and ethnic minority groups within the professional services industry - Black or African-American, Hispanic or Latinx, American Indian or Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander - are encouraged to apply.
