Biography
Amber Hart is the Co-Founder and Co-Owner of The Pulse of GovCon, a boutique market intelligence firm that specializes in Federal Government Contracting data storytelling. A skilled Federal Business Developer, Ms. Amber Hart has over a decade of experience in all aspects of selling to the Federal Government. She brings critical knowledge and experience in navigating congressional and federal procurement data and sources, from legislation to appropriations and historical federal obligations. Her honesty and desire to invoke federal procurement change makes her a breath of fresh air in a convoluted and cumbersome industry. Ms. Hart received her Bachelor’s in Conflict Analysis and Resolution & Global Affairs from George Mason University (GMU) and is currently an active Board Member of Women in Technology (WIT) and GMU’s Center for Government Contracting (CGC) Advisory Board in the School of Business.
