Jeanea Dunbar

Jeanea Dunbar is the Undergraduate Recruitment & Engagement Specialist within the Costello College of Business at George Mason University. She was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan! She received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Michigan State University (MSU), and her Master of Science in Educational Administration with an emphasis in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education from Texas A&M University. Due to her involvement and interest in student affairs at MSU, she decided to pursue a career in higher education! In her current role, she primarily oversees the SBUS Learning Communities. She has experience with transition programs, first-year experience, multicultural affairs, student success, first-generation and diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives.
